Wednesday Night Xplosion #35: August 2nd, 2006

We return from the commercial break as Johnny Chaos is shown getting into the ring and handing the EWE All American Championship to the ref... suddenly though "Almost Over" by Limp Bizkit starts up and Mr. Man walks out onto the ramp while the crowd cheers...

Jesse James: The following contest is a Last Man Standing match and it is for the EWE All American Championship... making his way to the ring... from Miami, Florida... weighing in at 235 pounds... Mr. Man!

Mr. Man walks down the ramp and hops into the ring... Johnny Chaos rushes him, but Mr. Man ducks out of the way... the bell rings as Mr. Man nails the Future Shuffle right at the start of the match...

Mr. Man came out and won... simple as that... first 2 time EWE All American Champion... that makes this match a history making match... with shitty results... woot woot!

The Scene cuts to backstage where Blue Panther is shown arriving to the arena... the camera switches back to the arena as some EWE ringside helpers are setting some tables up in the ring... "Hail" starts up over the PA system as Lukerz Payne walks out onto the entrance ramp...

Jesse James: The following contest is a tables match for the EWE X-Division championship... making his way to the ring... from Derbyshire, England... weighing in at 215 pounds... Lukerz Payne!

Lukerz walks down to the ring as the crowd does the ECW chant... "Riot" by Three Days Grace starts up over the PA system as the crowd cheers and boos... Shawn Ashlocke walks out onto the entrance ramp with the X-Division title over his shoulder...

Jesse James: And making his way to the ring... from Calgary, Alberta... weighing in at 225 pounds... he is the EWE X-Division Champion... Shawn Ashlocke!

Shawn makes his way down to the rind and slides in... Shawn holds the X-Division title high above his head as the crowd cheers and boos him... the bell sounds as the ref takes the title from Shawn...

A true EWE classic... back and forth for almost 8 minutes! That's a long time right? The tables really turned (no pun intended) when Lukerz Payne dodged a cross body block from Ashlocke sending Shawn out to the floor... Lukez started setting up tables in the ring... 2 high near the turnbuckle... Shawn grabbed a kendo stick from under the ring and placed it near that same quarter... Shawn finally slides into the ring and they fight for awhile until Lukerz tosses Shawn into that corner... Lukerz goes for a corner drop kick, but Shawn leaps to the apron over the top rope... Shawn then grabs the kendo stick and bashes Lukerz hard across the face... Ashlocke then picked Lukerz up and used the Kendo stick to hangman chokehold Lukerz from the top rope... Shawn then brought Lukerz up to the top rope with him and nailed the most amazing top rope move the EWE has ever seen... a top rope Ashes to Ashes... threw the 2 tables for the win!

Winner: Shawn Ashlocke (Still Champion)

The scene fades to a commercial as the ref tries to hand the X-Division title to Ashlocke, but shows him not wanting it...

We return from the commercial break as Edge's theme song is playing and he is making his way down to the ring with Lita at his side...

Jesse James: The following contest is scheduled for one fall... making his way to the ring first... Edge!

Edge slides into the ring and does his trademark hump as his theme dies out and "Headstrong" by Trapt starts up... the crowd goes crazy as DDD walks out onto the ramp...

Jesse James: And the opponent... DDD!

DDD walks down to the ring and climbs in... Both Edge and Derek Daniels are in the ring as the bell sounds.

Edge Vs. Derek Daniels

They circle one another for a while and then we see Derek get Edge in a headlock, he holds it for a while until Edge sends him into the ropes and gives him a hard shoulder block but Derek doesn't go down. Edge bounces off the other side, still Derek doesn't go down...Edge goes for one more but Derek closelines him out of his boots.

Jimmy Justice: What a closeline by Derek Daniels...He's coming out of the shoot strong this week...Last week he had trouble with Cameron Hayden.

Kenny Greenwood: If Derek don't watch it he could fall victum to the Rated R Superstar! He's back from a Three week vacation, and he's Mr.Money in the bank!

Derek and Edge go back and fourth with some punches, Edge sends Derek into the rope, Edge then goes for a closeline, but Derek ducks and bounces off the opposite side, Derek nails another closeline to turn Edge inside out.

Jimmy Justice: Edge is really taking a beating from Derek Daniels here early on Kenny, I don't know how much longer he can take it.

Kenny Greenwood: The match has just started, keep your eye on Edge, he is pretty sharp in that ring if you ask me.

Edge recovers from the closeline and stands up leaning in the corner, Derek bounces off the ropes and runs at Edge, he then leaps into the air for a Stinger Splash, he bounces out, walking backward...Edge grabs the back of his head and gives him a reverse facebuster, he reaches up and hooks the leg of Derek...One...Two...Kickout....

Jimmy Justice: The first pinfall of the match and Derek got away!

Kenny Greenwood: Nice move by Edge to send the big man to the ground.

Edge is in control now, he lifts Derek to his feet and sends him into the ropes, he then bends down for a back body drop, sure enough Derek kicks him sending him bounding up, he then kicks him in the gut. He then nails Edge with a DDT, Edge rolls over and Derek makes the cover!

Jimmy Justice: One...Two...No! Kickout by Edge...

Kenny Greenwood: Mr. Money in the bank won't go down that easy!

They both get up and Derek leans agaisnt the ropes trying to catch his breath, but Edge comes running at him, he closelines Derek over the top rope and then he poses to the crowd as the referee starts to count Derek out, about 7 Derek crawls back into the ring only to be stomped by the boot of Edge.

Jimmy Justice: Derek Daniels was almost counter out there Kenny, but his good ring presence, he knows where he is at all times.

Kenny Greenwood: Yeah Edge is going to knock some sence into him though I'll tell you that right now.

Derek gains control of the match and he gives Edge a power slam, Derek bounces off the ropes to go for a sort of headbutt, but Lita grabs his foot stopping him with the hand she isn't holding the money in the bank in, the referee is checking Edge as Derek looks down at Lita. She looks to be playing it to the crowd, she lifts her hand and waves but Derek reaches down and grabs her hair! The crowd pops!

Jimmy Justice: Yeah that's right! She doesn't need to be out here anyway Kenny! She just costed Derek to put Edge away!

Kenny Greenwood: Shut up she's just doing her job...I'd like to be a fly on Edge's and Lita's wall....

Derek brings her up on the apron as Edge is pulling the referee down to him, suddenly Lita comes up with the Money in the bank briefcase, it clocks Derek and he lets her go and turns around....

Jimmy Justice: COME ON! The referee is going to have to keep an eye on her...NO WAY!

Kenny Greenwood: SPEAR! SPEAR! SPEAR!

Sure enough as Derek turned back around from getting clocked, Edge out of no where spears him, he then quickly pins Derek... One...Two...THREE!

Winner: Edge

Jimmy Justice: Come on! Lita costed Derek Daniels the match tonight!

Kenny Greenwood: Hahaha! Be that as it may Jimmy, but the Rated R Superstar just took down a legend in Derek Daniels tonight! I think this calls for a LIVE SEX CELEBRATION!

Edge celebrates in the ring with Lita by making out... the scene then switches to a commercial break...

The scene returns from the commercial break as "Welcome to the Jungle" by Guns and Roses is playing over the PA system... the crowd goes crazy as White Tiger and Blue Panther walk out onto the entrance ramp...

Jesse James: The following tornado tag team match is scheduled for one fall... making their way to the ring... the tag team of White Tiger and Blue Panther!

WT and BP walk down to the ring and slide in... "Smart Went Crazy" by Atmosphere interrupts WT's theme as the crowd starts to boo and cheer... Sean and Cameron walk out onto the entrance ramp...

Jesse James: And the opponents... the team of Cameron Hayden and the EWE World Heavyweight Champion... Sean Lewis!

Sean and Cameron slowly walk down to the ring... they slide in and the bell sounds... the four men look each other over as the crowd goes crazy...

White Tiger & Blue Panther Vs. Cameron Hayden & Sean Lewis

Cameron and Blue Panther lock up while Sean and WT do too... it's a lot of fast paced action during the early stages... Cameron ends up nailing a modified rock bottom onto Blue Panther... at the same time, WT was hitting a series of body slams and backbreakers to a Sean Lewis who just wouldn't stay down... Cameron hits a leaping DDT onto Blue Panther taking him down... Cameron then locks a sleeper hold on WT... WT starts to go down as Sean is getting up... Cameron and Sean double team WT with a hangman's sleeper hold and toe kicks in the corner... BP gets up though and nails a hard release German suplex on Sean... Cameron drops WT, then he hits BP with a top rope crow body block for a 2 count... when Cameron gets up, he is speared by WT... Sean is up quick and locks up with Panther... Sean tosses Panther into the corner... Panther dodges the stinger splash though and nails the Pantherizer out of know where! BP goes for the cover... but Cameron breaks it up... BP locks up with Cameron, but Lewis gives BP a low blow... White Tiger goes to hit Cameron from behind, but Cameron moves out of the way and White Tiger clotheslines Blue Panther over the top rope... Sean rolls out to the floor as well as him and Panther start to fight out there... Cameron and White Tiger exchange heavy blows... White Tiger finally goes to toss Cameron into the ropes, but Cameron reverses it and sends White Tiger into the ref... Cameron then hits a hard bulldog from behind on the shocked WT... Cameron gets up and signals that he's going to go for the contraception... then out of the blue... well, the crowd... a big masked man slides into the ring... he runs and spears down WT who is just getting up... Cameron backs up in shock... the masked man gets up and looks at Cameron... Cameron goes to attack him, but the masked man kicks Cameron in the gut and picks him up with a gorilla press slam, and drops him hard on his stomach... Sean Lewis slides rolls Panther into the ring and slides in too... Sean gets up and sees the big man... Sean runs and goes for a clothesline, but the masked man ducks it... the masked man then grabs Sean by the throat... picks him up, and choke slams him hard to the mat... Panther is just getting up when the masked man picks him up by the hair... the masked man then nails what resembles a Electric Fire to Blue Panther... the masked man slides out of the ring and starts to walk up the ramp backwards looking down at the ring... the ref is just starting to get up as Cameron gets up and covers Blue Panther... 1... 2... 3!

Winners: Cameron Hayden & Sean Lewis

After the match the crowd starts to boo the masked man... Cameron and Sean end up outside of the ring... Panther finally gets up to his feet and has a stare down with the masked men up the ramp... finally a ringside helper gets Panther a mic...

Blue Panther: I hope you know that you just cost me... the ex EWE World Heavyweight Champion... that damn match... who the hell do you think you are?

The masked man lifts his arms up... he rips off the mask and the crowd goes crazy... it's James Ceno!

Kenny Greenwood: It's James Ceno... he's back!
