Wednesday Night Xplosion #44: November 1st, 2006

Show Opening

The show opens up with "Miss Murder" playing while a video shows all the happenings over the last few weeks involving all the teams for Final Cut and the matches for ShowDown... then suddenly the crowd goes crazy as the jumbo tron lights up and the EWE Champion's theme song kicks on... Law walks out onto the entrance ramp... Law talks about how Chaos is better then Xplosion for awhile before putting his focus on Chris Ceno... right on cue... Chris Ceno comes out onto the ramp as well... with Doc, Shaz, and James Cage as well... Ceno and Law talk back and forth about Jason Ceno Jr. before Chris Ceno finally accepts Law's challenge for the Main Event at ShowDown! The crowd goes crazy until they all jump Law... Predator, Kris Jaxson, and Y2J run out with chairs in hand before Extreme Evolution dips... the scene fades to a commercial...

Five Way F*ckers

The Sickness Vs. Brent Acid Vs. Finlay Vs. Curt B. Coole Vs. Leroy

In one of the most fan favorite matches in the EWE, the classic five way fuckers match didn't lack any excitement... Brent Acid nailed a hard modified Rock Bottom on Curt B. Coole and went for the early pin... but only got a 2. Leroy tosses Finlay out of the ring with a huge back body drop... The Sickness went to finish off Leroy, but Leroy ends up hitting the Cop Killa... and gets the 3 for the win...

Winner: Leroy

Standard Match

Stealth Vs. James Ceno

The second meeting between the two up and coming EWE stars. James Ceno dominates the early goings of the match with a series of hard hitting and never before seen slamming moves. Stealth gets some moves in too after a desperation jumping DDT from the top rope. Stealth goes for a shinning wizard, but Ceno moves out of the way, grabs Stealth's foot and locks on the Shock Lock... Stealth has no option but to tap again...

Winner: James Ceno

After the match... Benji Homan runs down to the ring... he challenges Stealth to a match for the X-Division title at Final Cut after such a great X-Cup... Stealth accepts but says only if its ECW rules... the crowd goes crazy as Benji accepts...

Standard Match

Law King Vs. Justin Vincible

Law King puts on a clinic, and shows that the future of Xplosion has been altered... he gets the win over JV around the 4 minute mark.

Winner: Law King

Piper is shown standing with Kelly backstage... Piper talks about how he will be saving his 5th and final pick for ShowDown, and how it will totally turn the tide on this match... Piper's phone then rings, and the ring tone is "St. Anger"... Piper shuts it off and Kelly asks if it was Emperor Ben... Piper says there will be no further questions...

Standard Match

Mortis{c} Vs. Colt Cabana

The early goings of the match belongs to Mortis. Mortis shows his ECW skills by making Colt use up all his rope breaks, and even takes advantage of a low blow when the ref wasn't looking. Colt turns the tables though when Mortis goes for a superplex, but Colt blocks it and does an amazing top rope flipping neck breaker! Colt only gets a 2 count though! Colt goes to lock on a STF, but Mortis reverses it into his own rings of Saturn type move... Mortis is caught using the ropes for leverage and has to break the hold though... they both get up, Mortis sends Colt into the ropes... Colt ducks the clothesline and goes for his own, but Mortis catches Colt with a toe kick, and hits the rigamortis! Mortis covers... 1... 2... 3!

Winner: Mortis (Still Champion)

8 Man Tornado Tag Match

Extreme Evolution Vs. Benji Homan, Cameron Hayden & The Dynamic Legends

Shaz took on Cameron for most of the fight, Benji locked up with Nero, White Tiger battled James Cage, while DDD took on Doc... it was an amazing match... a ton of close calls... and it was a great preview for Final Cut's big team challenge. Nero Phoenix made the cover on DDD though after Doc hit a super kick... Nero used the ropes, but got the 3 count and the win for Extreme Evolution!

Winner: Extreme Evolution

Piper is shown backstage standing next to a car... the license plate on the car reads CHAOTIC ENIGMA... the crowd cheers when Piper walks back towards the camera... he shakes his head with a cocky grin across his face... The camera pans around to also show a low rider in the parking lot! The license plate on that car says SNAKE... Both cars speed away as the scene fades to a commercial break before the main event..

Rikku's theme kicks on as the crowd cheers... Rikku starts to make her way down the ramp...

Jesse James: Making her way to the ring first... from Spira... Rikku!

Rikku slides into the ring as her music dies down... she looks up at the X over the ring as Chris Ceno's theme starts up and the crowd boos... Ceno walks out onto the ramp with the EWE World Heavyweight title around his waist that Mr. McMahon gave him...

Jesse James: Now making his way to the ring... from Toronto, Ontario... representing the Corporation and Extreme Evolution... Chris Ceno!

Chris walks down to the ring and slides in... the ref makes sure Ceno and Rikku don't start early as Johnny Chaos' theme kicks on and the champion walks out onto the ramp with a chorus of boos and an ECW chant...

Jesse James: And now... he is the current, reigning, and defending... EWE World Heavyweight Champion... representing ECW... Johnny Chaos!

Johnny holds the ECW title high above his head before making his way down to the ring... he slides in... he hands the ECW title to the ref while the ref gets the EWE World Heavyweight title from Chris Ceno... the ref hangs the titles in the middle of the X as the bell sounds...

The 3 superstars circle the ring... Chris Ceno goes to kick Johnny, but Johnny moves, Rikku jumps on Chris from behind taking him down to the ground with a face buster... Johnny then picks up Rikku and scoop slams him hard... Johnny kicks Rikku in the stomach while she starts to get up, then Johnny climbs up the ropes and starts to go for the title...

Kenny Greenwood: The Champion trying to end it early!

Jimmy Justice: Get up Ceno... get up Rikku!

Ceno starts to get up... Johnny gets back on the top rope and jumps off towards Ceno, Ceno catches Johnny and tosses him away with a fall away slam... Ceno then hits the ropes and does a big running leg drop onto the downed champion... Rikku rolls up to her feet as well... Ceno turns around to see Rikku running at him, he goes to toss her over his shoulder... Rikku flies threw the air and touches the title! But she crashes on her back when her flight is over...

Jimmy Justice: Rikku touched the EWE World Heavyweight title!

Chris Ceno walks towards the corner and hops up... he starts to slide on the ropes towards the middle... Rikku is starting to get up... Johnny gets all the way up... Johnny runs and jumps off Rikku's back and hits a hard spear taking Ceno down to the mat! Rikku gets up and runs towards the ropes... she then uses Johnny's back to jump up and grab the X ropes... she's very close to the title... Johnny picks Chris up and sets him up for a powerbomb... Ceno grabs Rikku by the legs as well when Johnny picks him up... Johnny then slams Chris down, and Rikku comes down too in a modified double powerbomb...

Kenny Greenwood: What was that?

Jimmy Justice: Johnny just took out Ceno and Rikku with one huge powerbomb!

Johnny rolls up to his feet and walks over to the turnbuckle again... he starts to climb up it... he gets his hands on the X ropes... he starts to shimmy towards the middle... Rikku gets up as well... Rikku runs to the other corner and hops up and starts climbing as well... they meet at the middle... they start to almost chicken fight with their legs trying to kick each others arms... Ceno slowly gets up and notices what is going on... Ceno hops out onto the ring apron... then pulls himself up onto the ropes, Ceno then springs towards Rikku and Johnny, dropkicking both of them in the arms causing both of them to fall down from the X...

Kenny Greenwood: Amazing move from Chris Ceno!

Ceno picks up Rikku quickly and sends her into one of the corner turnbuckles... Ceno then connects with a shinning wizard hard to Rikku's temple... Ceno then picks Rikku up in a scoop slam and rams her face first into the Post holding up the X! Rikku falls to the mat as Johnny Chaos is getting up... Johnny runs at Ceno and hits him from behind sending him into the corner... Johnny then sends Ceno across to the opposite turnbuckle... Johnny goes for a big splash, but Ceno steps forward and launches Ceno up and over him, into the X post as well!

Jimmy Justice: Ouch... those posts don't look like they have much give!

Ceno catches his breath then lifts Rikku up to her feet... he goes to toss her over the top rope, but she lands on the apron... she shoulder blocks Chris in the gut, then goes to suplex him out... but Ceno reverses it and Rikku ends up getting a Pantherizer! The crowd boos as Ceno points towards the titles... Johnny gets up now... he runs and hits Ceno from behind sending him into the ropes... Chaos goes for a reverse DDT, but Ceno fights out of it... Ceno then hits a toe kick and goes for another Pantherizer, but Johnny reverses it and hits a hard DDT! Rikku is starting to get up... Johnny then goes to hit her with a DDT, but Rikku pushes him away... Johnny bounces against the ropes, and on the rebound... Rikku goes for a Hyperdriver... but Johnny rolls out behind Rikku... Johnny then scoops Rikku up and hits his own Hyperdriver!

Kenny Greenwood: Hyperdriver onto Rikku!

Ceno starts to get up... Johnny stalks him... Johnny then kicks Ceno in the gut, and picks him up in a suplex... he slams him down, but picks him up for a 2nd... and slams him down... Johnny lifts him up for a 3rd, and Chris wraps his legs around the X ropes! Chris pulls himself up...

Jimmy Justice: Ceno just got a free ride right to the titles!

Ceno quickly tries to undo the belts... Johnny sprints to one of the turnbuckles... he starts to climb up, when someone hops the barrier from the crowd...

Kenny Greenwood: What the?

It's Jeff Jarrett! Jeff has a guitar in hand... he cracks Johnny over the head and Johnny falls from the top rope down to the floor... the crowd boos as Chris Ceno undoes the EWE World Heavyweight title and falls to the ring... the bell sounds...

Winner: Chris Ceno (New Champion)

Jimmy Justice: What a shocker!

Kenny Greenwood: We have a new champion!

Chris Ceno's theme starts up as the crowd starts to boo... Rikku starts to get up, but Chris Ceno smashes the EWE World Heavyweight Title against her head sending her over the top rope...

Jesse James: Here is your winner and NEW EWE WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION... Chris Ceno!

Chris celebrates in the ring until Law, Alex Stone, Predator, Kris Jaxson, and Chris Jericho run down to the ring... a fight breaks loose... they battle for awhile before Nero Phoenix, Jason Scott, James Cage, Doc, and Edge sprint down to the ring as well and join the action! The huge brawl starts to flow out of the ring... Mortis, Eighteen, RVD, and The Sandman run down to the ring to help their captain... then White Tiger, DDD, Ciaran Michaels, James Ceno, and Cameron Hayden run down as well to join the fight... the show slowly fades to an end with the huge brawl still going on...
